DOMS check

After an hour of strength yesterday, I wasn’t sure if I’d be sore. (DOMS = delayed onset muscle soreness)

Lucky for me my legs feel ok, with a bit of tight hamstrings, but not so you’d notice.

The sore bits are mainly on my arms:
Forearms
Triceps
Biceps
Shoulders
And my Back

That’s what happens when you lift heavy stuff with limited rest.

Good workout yesterday and not too sore today. Result! Today / this morning I’m going to do some stair / hill running. 🙂
