What a week! Not much training done: a few runs, a strength session, plenty of walking and a PT session with Super Fit Bit.
I had a busy week at work. Long day in Wednesday, lots of work to be done before I finished up. But I got it all done with about 15 minutes to spare today. 🙂
I like doing not a lot on Friday nights, so that’s what I’m doing. The next week is going to be taken as it comes. A few runs and a few strength sessions. More importantly lots of coffee and rest and relaxation.
Looks like Henry will be keeping us company some more – in his BOX. 🙂
