I’m going to be a pacer again at the GSR!

I got the great news today that I’m going to be a pacer again at the Great Scottish Run this year.  This time I’ll be doing it at the 10k, and I’ll be running it / pacing it in 55 minutes.  🙂

Here’s the 10k route. I’ve paced at the Women’s 10k twice, and last year at the half marathon, so it’ll be great to do it again this year.  🙂

See here for more information about the Great Scottish Run and for a half marathon training plan for it.  🙂

Hi, I would really like to do the 10k in under an hour so would like to keep you in my sights! How do you spot the pacers? Someone said you have balloons?? Thanks, Claire

Hi Claire. We will probably be holding signs on poles, and we’ll more than likely be wearing fluorescent tshirts. There will be pacers for 45, 50, 55, 60 as far as I know. Good luck and I might see you on the day. 🙂
