Today I earned over 10,000 Nike fuel points (with my 21 mile run plus all of the other things I did today).
My daily goal is always 4,000, and usually one day out of seven I don’t reach it, but that’s usually a rest or swim day.
This last week I had a rest day on Thursday, but as you can see, I was pretty active the rest of the week.
Here’s my chart from today… (The miles are out a bit). I find it a good way to measure overall activity and monitor rest days too to help make sure you take enough rest! Tomorrow is a rest day for me.
I really like my nike fuel band and the app that goes with it. Here’s my fuel for this month so far. I’ve nearly had it for a while year now!
