Thursday rest and fast

Today, Thursday is my half way point in the week and I’ve decided it’s to be a rest day. I had toyed with idea of going for a run this morning, but I have quite a few wee sore bits so I thought I’d let them recover.

So far this has been what I’ve done this week:

Mon AM: Super 8s Strength 46 mins
PM: 4 mile easy run

Tue AM: 5 mile run
PM: 2 mile, 5 mile, 1 mile run with the running club (13 miles in total)

Wed AM: Super 8s Strength 53 mins

And what I have planned:

Thu: Rest and fast (22hrs)

Fri: Horse riding (hopefully). Day off work for my birthday. 33 to match my house number. 🙂

Sat AM: Long run in the rain?
(Or some DIY)

Sun AM: Rest
PM: Swimming Teaching

Good luck to all those taking part in the West Highland Way race this weekend. I bow down to you all.

The new house is slowly taking shape, although I am missing a few things, like Sky+, a tv in the bedroom and a couple of sockets where they could be. All in all, after 3 weeks we’re settled in well.

Now I’m going to rest before I get up for another day at worn, and I’m going to drink lots of water n green tea to help me fast today. If you want to know more about fasting, go here:
