Breakfast :-)

Here’s my rather purple breakfast:

2 eggs
1 tablespoon Philadelphia cheese
Splash of milk
Handful of blueberries, raspberries and a strawberry
1 tablespoon pine nuts

Scramble all together in the microwave, and serve on a bed of chopped cheery tomatoes.

Plus 500nls water and a green tea.

Should set me up for the day well!
