Preparing to get back to IT

(I’m sure you haven’t escaped the fact that) I’ve had a busy 2-4 weeks of training preparing to move house. But now that its sort of over (still got plenty to do with unpacking etc), it’s time to get back to training.

I’ve bought my own weights, so I’m going to be doing strength work 2-3 times a week, as of next week (17th June).

Next week I’m just going to do cardio to get into getting up early and get the exercise bug again. (I’ll swim or run instead of any strength work). Here’s the plan for next week:

Mon AM: Swim
Tue AM: Run with Gill
PM: Run Club
Wed AM: Swim
Thu AM: Rest & Fast til 2pm (18hrs)
PM: PT Run
Fri AM: Rest
Sat AM: Run
Sun: Rest & Fast til 8am Mon (18hrs)

It’ll be good to get into routine again. Later today I’m going to prep my food and I’ll share my plans for the following weeks after that, soon. I’m really looking forward to getting back to strength training and eating well.

Now lets see if I can stick to the above! Plenty time in the evenings to do stuff around the house (and I’ll try not to post about it!) 🙂
