Fuel for today

Here’s what will keep me going today (over my 23 hr fast).

I don’t do or count calories, so I don’t do the prescribed ‘500 calories’ per day. I just have what I want and base most of what I intake on liquid:

Fruit greek yoghurt:
2 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon milled flax seed
A mixture of defrosted (frozen) cherries and raspberries

2 x protein and cold coffee shake:
300mls milk
25g chocolate protein powder
12g coffee

Water and green tea. 🙂

Oh and I got a new shaker as Fit Girl was fed up of me using hers. Smart shake in jazzy purple and orange from Amazon with three compartments. 🙂
