Wk15 – Super 8s Strength

So many excuses went through my head this morning to get me out if going to the gym before work. I won’t go though them, as I managed to get up and in the gym for 6:45am … Glad I did.

Here’s what I did:
(3 sets of 8 reps generally).

5 min hill walk 15.0 incline

Sledgehammer x 20 16kg

1. Squats 16kgx2
2. Clean n Press Singles 14kg

Landmines x 20 14kg

1. Chest Press 16/14kg x2
2. Bent over row singles 16kg

Sledgehammer x 20 14kg

1. Deadlift 18kgx2
2. Shoulder press 2x10kg

1. Bent over row 2x12kg
2. Romanian Deadlift 2x16kg
