A bit late in the food prep this week. I fasted on Monday and made my lunches this morning.

Then here’s my food for today:
Cheryl tomatoes, cucumber, oat grape and nut Greek yoghurt, a banana and nuts.
And here was my rather tasty breakfast!
Smoked haddock and tomato salsa!
And the sun is shining today. Roll on Spring/Summer!
