Tasty spicy chicken omelette

Easy peasy and tastes great:

4 eggs
5 cherry tomatoes halved
150g cooked chicken (chopped)
1 red onion chopped
2 teaspoons of hot curry powder
Large handful of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Serves two.

Cook on a moderate heat for 8-10 mins.

Split into 2 and share with your loved one / other half (and put more veggies in if you want). 😉

Not sure what came first, the chicken or the egg, but they come together beautifully here. 🙂
