Thu: AM Rest (or run). PM Rest or Run Coach (Fast 8pm Wed – 2pm Thu)
Fri: AM: Swim, PM: Rest
Sat: AM: Workout (run or gym) with Fit Girl. PM: Rest
Sun: AM: Kaizen Run Club. PM: Swimming Teaching.
