Super 8s Saturday Lower Strength Workout

Here’s the strength workout I have planned for the gym on Saturday morning:

Warm up: 2 mile run (to gym)

Weights: KB Swing then supersets:

KB Swing / Sledgehammer 24
BB Squat 8,7,6,5,8
Deep Squat 3 x12 (no weight)

KB Swing / Sledgehammer 24
KB Clean n Press (right) 8,7,6,5,8
KB Clean n Press (left) 8,7,6,5,8

KB Swing / Sledgehammer 24
BB Deadlift 8,7,6,5,8

KB Swing / Sledgehammer 24
BB Romanian Deadlift to Row 8,7,6,5,8

Cool down: 2 mile run (home)

Weights:
Barbells: 30-40kg
Kettlebell: 12-16kg
