The New Rules of Half Marathon and Marathon Nutrition: Cutting-Edge Plan to Fuel Your Body Beyond “the Wall”, by Matt Fitzgerald.
He’s the author of Racing Weight nad the New Rules of Half marathon and Marathon Nutrition seems to be aimed more at normal every day people, and less at athletes (like Racing Weight seems to be). A good raed anyway. 🙂
