Green smoothie / protein shake

Here’s my healthy green smoothie / protein shake for this morning:

For 2 servings:

1 small handful spinach
1 banana mashed up
300-400mls coconut milk
1 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 egg
1 tbsp peanut butter
50g vanilla Protein powder

Tastes good. 🙂
