My next Strength Workout

As I’ve got some time off work,I’ll probably have more time for the next strength workout I do, so I thought I’d do the following:

5-10 mins bike intervals (30:30)
24s BB Deadlifts
1. Power Squats
2. Squat to twist & press (singles)
3. BB Upright Row
4. Power Sledgehammer
5-10 min bike intervals (30:30)
24s BB Bent Over Row
1. Bench Jump Overs
2. BB Shoulder Press / Snatch
3. DB Clean (singles)
4. BB Squat
5-10 min bike intervals (30:30)
24s BB Deadlifts
1. Box Jump Squats
2. Box Side Steps
3. Landmines
4. Plank Walk Ups

I’ve had a rest day today (I’m a little sore in my back, chest, hamstrings and shoulders from my workouts on Friday and Saturday), and I’ll probably do a run on Monday, not much on Tuesday (a walk) and get around to this strength workout on Wednesday.

The aim of it will be to lift as heavy as I can, keep the intensity up and take as little rest as possible. 🙂 (so that I come outa worn out wreck!)
