Wednesdays Strength Workout

Here’s Wednesday morning’s strength workout… each circuit of 4 exercises twice.

10 minutes bike intervals
24s BB Deadlift
1. Burpee Turns / Squat Thrusts
2. BB Single Leg Deadlift
3. DB Squat to Clean & Press
4. BB Snatch

24s BB Bent Over Row
1. Sprints / Power Jacks
2. BB Squat
3. Woodchop (both sides)
4. Power Sledgehammer
10 minutes bike intervals

Finishers:
BB Squats: lower for 1 sec, lower for 2 secs, lower for 3 secs and so on.
