Friday’s Strength Workout Plan

Friday morning will be my last strength workout in Bella gym before it closes for a week to get all new machines and weights in it. Yippee!

Here’s my plan for Friday morning:

24s done once, circuits of 4 exercises repeated 3 times each. Heavy weights, limited rest. 12-20 reps.

5 minute cardio warm up

24s Bent Over Row
1. Power Squat Jumps
2. Dumbbell clean and press (singles)
3. Squat to dumbbell row
4. Power sledgehammer
24s Deadlift
1. Power Jacks / Long Jumps
2. 8 press ups, 8 Squat Thrusts
3. Deadlift to upright row
4. Woodchop / Landmines
24s Pull Ups
Finishers: 3 circuits of:
30 work: 6 rest
1. Squats
2. Burpees
3. Plank Walk Up
4. Mountain Climbers
