Workout Mon 5th November

Here’s the workout I’m going to do tomorrow morning, a 24, then 2 circuits of each 1-4. 12-20 reps.

5 min cardio warm up on bike

24s Deadlift
1. Quick squats
2. Clean (& press) (single)
3. Cuban Press
4. Side bends (left then right)
24s Squat to press
1. Romanian Deadlift
2. Bent over row (single)
3. Power sledgehammer
4. Landmines
Finishers: Press ups / Beat your boots

Then 2 min intervals on bike until 7:30. 🙂
