Friday’s Strength Workout

Here’s my workout for tomorrow morning:

5 min cardio warm up
> 24s Squat to Press
2 circuits of 12 reps or 30 secs
Belt Kicks / Clean and Press / Deadlift to Upright Row / Kettlebell Swing
> 24s Squat to Press
2 circuits of 12 reps or 30 secs
Power Jumps / Cuban Press / Bent Over Row / Landmines
> 24s Squat to Press
2 circuits of 30 secs
Box Jumps / Box Steps / Suicide Dips / Middle Woodchops
Finishers: 4 circuits of 30 secs
Beat your boots / Press Ups / Mountain Climbers
