Here is my 4 week training plan for Kaizen Run Club to follow to get them up to running 10k in 4 weeks:
It will consist of 3 runs per week, the Tuesday and Sunday runs will be as part of the Kaizen Run Club on Tuesdays and Sundays. We’ll build up over 4 weeks and do a 10k on Sunday 4th November.
