The book I’m reading at the moment is The Paleo Solution: The Original Human Diet, by Robb Wolf.
Here’s what my book shelves contain:
Top shelf: strength training, recovery and nutrition. (One missing from there is Racing Weight by Matt Fitzgerald).
Middle shelf 1: Running, Endurance Training, Inspirational Stories written by runners, NLP and Coaching with NLP, Mind Management.
Middle shelf 2: Scotland, Travel books, Bike, Swimming and Swimming Teaching (and three secret titles, I covered so no one knows what I’m reading – ooh err!! What could they be?! ) 😉
Bottom shelf: Runnersworld Magazines (Jan 2009 – present), my book: ‘Why change to Vodka?’, some Novels and a big old dictionary. 🙂
