Breakfast for champs

Here’s my breakfast for today:

Porridge and a strawberry protein shake:

Here’s how I made it:
1. Put a handful of strawberries and a chopped up banana into a blender. 2. Add some milk and blend.
3. Add two teaspoons of peanut butter and 70g of strawberry protein powder. 4. Blend.

It makes enough for two servings. One with breakfast and one for a mid morning snack (I put it in a flask and take it to work). 🙂
