This week I’m wondering where I can fit in my intermittent fasting day… I’ve been doing it in the afternoon through to the evening (not eating from 2pm until 8am the next day)… but this week I’m going to try something different. ( see my previous posts here: fasting go to the bottom of the page)
It will be my third week of having one day out of seven fasting, and I’m keen to fit it into my life so here goes:
This week I’m finishing up on a half shift, have dinner planned for Thursday night and have a half shift on Friday where I’ll probably want to go out for dinner/late lunch, so here’s what I’m planning:
- Eat normally up to dinner on Thursday (about 7pm or 8pm). :
- Then not eat until 1pm or 2pm on Friday (drink water and green tea). ( 18 hours without food)
I’ve never ever ever not eaten breakfast (it being the most important meal of the day)…so it might be a little odd for me… but I’ll try.
