Ways to make new Smoothies and Milkshakes

I’ve been having protein milkshakes daily for the past few months or so.  Most of them revolved around this recipe: Choconanna Protein Milkshake

The idea of having protein milkshakes is as follows:

  1. Protein rich foods / snacks tend to satisfy you and fill you up for longer.
  2. Protein helps you recover after hard workouts.
  3. They taste great and are a good way of getting more protein into your diet.
