Limey Tangy milkshake

I’m not sure putting a full lime (cut up) into my smoothie was a good idea this morning. TANGY!!

Here’s what I put in it:

1 pear
1 lime
1 banana
Milk

Blend it up.

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon green tea extract
10g creatine
1 tablespoon peanut butter

The line makes it too zesty, but I’m glad I gave it a try. Maybe just put the juice of half a lime in it next time. 😉
