Eat… 6 hour window
800 choconana, peanut butter and lime protein shake & water
900 water & green tea
1000 water
1100 left over choconana, peanut butter and lime milkshake
1200 water & green tea
1300 salmon salad bowl & water
1330 melon
Start fast… 18 hour window
1400 green tea
1500 water
1600 green tea & water
1900 green tea
