I’ve done it. I’ve made a really tasty and heathy ice cream / gelato snack for after dinner, or whenever it’s hot. 🙂
Simple natural ingredients:
Low fat Greek yoghurt
Vanilla whey protein
1. Take a handful of frozen blueberries or strawberries and put them in a blender.
2. Add some ice, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, two tablespoons of fat free Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of water.
Whizz up in the blender. If its a bit runny leave it in the freezer for a bit
Tasty as tasty can be. 🙂
I used frozen blueberries but I guess you could use any frozen fruit. Oranges, satsumas, pineapple, bananas, lemon, lime… The list is endless.
