My food prep for the week

🙂 here’s my food prep for next week:

Salmon Snack box for 4pm each day:

Spinach
Tomato
Cheese
Beetroot
Salmon
Chopped almonds
And I’ll top it with greek yoghurt

Then melon and strawberries for another snack.

All I need to do each morning is go and get my 2 boxes from the fridge. 😀

    Hmmmmm, nice idea but re: the melon and strawberry I would prepare fresh each morning rather than leaving in fridge cut for rest of week to prevent loss of essential nutrients and ensure freshness.
