Crazy Intense Circuits for Carole

Well… Saturday morning is when Fit Girl and I are taking our new recruit Carole through my Crazy Intense Circuits at Bella.  🙂

 

Here’s what I’m planning:  around 45 minutes of crazy intense work: 
30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. 

  • A warm up circuit repeated twice
  • Then two circuits of 6 exercises, repeated three times
  • And a final circuit of 2 exercises repeated 5 times to kill us off. 😉

Here’s the excel file if you want to use it / print it yourself. 😀

I use the Tabata HIIT app to do the timings.
