Here goes, here’s my training plan for the next week:
Mon: AM Chest, Sh, Arms & HIIT
PM: Out for dinner.
Tue: AM Rest
PM: KR Hill Runs
Wed: AM: Legs, Back & HIIT
PM: Metafit & Circuits
Thu: rest (& give blood)
PM PT 55 mins run
Fri: Rest
Sat: AM Circuits, Abs, Run/HIIT (or take it easy and rest.)
Sun: KR 55, Swim Teach.
