Yesterday I went to my first Yoga class. And it was good. My balance is good (through swimming teaching and running) so that helped, but it was good to try to make myself do things slowly and breathe properly.
As I’m new to it I really had to think about what I was doing and take things slow, but I managed it well.
I think it’s really something I could get to grips with doing once a week as part of trying to get in a bit more rest and relaxation to compliment my training. It might even help with my running!
