An avid reader of this blog asked me if I knew of any lap counters on the market which she could use to count the lengths she swims.

When you count lengths, its good to count in small blocks, say sets of 4, and remember what number (even or odd) you should be on when you get to either end of the pool.
It also helps me if I repeat the number of the length in my head as I swim, which helps take my mind of other things too. 🙂
