It’s common sense really… but I thought I’d share it with you anyway. 🙂
I used to know someone who used to (and probably still does) drink 8 litres of full fat Irn Bru, and she wondered why she was fat. Duh?!
Anyway, drinking water is especially important if you are run down, dehyrated or training. 🙂 So top up your glass or water bottle and drink water.
I could probably count on the one hand how many glasses of water I’ve had this year. Coffee, Pepsi Max, dilluting Ribena and wine are my beverages of choice 🙂
Each to their own. 🙂 You probably don’t need to lose weight though I’m guessing with all the running you do…sugar, fizz and wine probably help to keep you running. 😉 x
