Wk7 – Circuits wi Gill

Wednesday morning and since we’d missed Circuits last week it was good to get back to it.  It’s a great workout.

I decided we’d do our craziest version of Circuits where we warm up for 3 sets of 7 exercises (30 secs work: 5 secs rest), then go into 25 exercises at a minute each.  It manages to break us. 😉  But it’s worth it.

Here’s what we did (I think we did a few extra lunges instead of one of the workouts, but we didn’t do the final circuit of 5 reps of 2 exercises as we were spent!):
