Wednesday morning and I was at Bella at 630 to do 50 minutes worth of my Crazy Intense Circuits with Gill. As usual I did the timings with my iPhone and Tabata HIIT app .
We did the 2 sets of 8 again, Options 2 and 4 – 3 times each after a warm up of one circuit repeated 3 times. Then we finished with 5 sets of 20 quick squats and 8 push ups. :-S
I was SWEATO by the end of it!
