Tuesday morning I started my kettlebell circuit just after half 6. It’s so good doing workouts in your flat as you don’t need to go anywhere to get started. I used my 12kg kettlebell.
It seemed easier than last week, which is good. 🙂
Here’s what I did:
6 x 10 exercises, 30 secs work : 10 secs rest
Level 1 Drills
Squat Press
Torso Circles
Press Ups
Double Arm Row
Squat Figure 8s
Double Arm Swing
Mountain Climbers
Sumo Squat
Romanian Deadlift
Kettlebell: 45 mins, Calories: 300.
Ave HR: 122 (64%) Max HR: 147 (77%) Garmin Training Effect: 2.0
Oh and I made a small mark on the wall when I got a bit carried away with the Torso Circles… last week I dropped the kettlebell doing that one… oops. 🙂
