This morning I managed to get out of bed for a kettlebell circuit before work.
Here’s what I did:
6 x 10 exercises, 12kg kettlebell
30 seconds work: 10 seconds rest
42 minutes
Level 1 drills
Squat Press
Torso Circles
Press Ups
Double Arm Row
Squat Figure of 8s
Double Arm Swing
Mountain Climbers
Sumo Squat
Romanian Deadlift
The 6 repeats were a thought at the start, but I managed to get through it ok. Hopefully I won’t be sore tomorrow.
Chocolate milk and porridge for afters. 😀
