Wk44 – Early morning Circuits

This morning was Circuits with Gill at Bella.  45 minutes of high intensity interval training.

🙂

We did the following:

WARM UP

3 repeats of:
7 exercises, 30 secs work: 5 secs rest
Sprints (10m)
Power Squats
Log Jumps
123
Butt Kicks
High Knees
Mummy Kicks

(Think we might have missed one of the 123s oops).

CIRCUIT 1
3 repeats of:
4 exercises, 30 secs work: 5 secs rest
Sprints (10m)
Jumping Jacks
Level 1 Drills
Ski Abs

CIRCUIT 2
3 repeats of:
4 exercises, 30 secs work: 5 secs rest
Sprints (10m)
Hook & Jump Rope
Globe Jumps
Moving Push Ups

CIRCUIT 3
3 repeats of:
4 exercises, 30 secs work: 5 secs rest
Sprints (10m)
Football Wide Stance
Tricep V Push Up
Mountain Climbers

FINAL CIRCUIT
5 repeats of:
2 exercises, 8 reps each:
Beat Your Boots
Push Ups

I worked pretty hard and had sweat dripping by the end of it.  🙂 Good workout.  And it was nice to come out of the gym at 7:30 and it was light!

Circuits: 45 mins, 400 calories.

Oh and I’ve arranged to meet a friend tonight at Bella for a run and MORE CIRCUITS tonight.  🙂   Should be good.
