Wk43 – Circuits wi Gill

Wednesday morning and it was circuits with Gill again at Bellahouston.  I wasn’t really in the mood for it as I’d done the long 12 miles the night before, but had arranged to meet her so couldn’t let her down. 

And I’m glad I did.  It was a good workout once it got going. Better than lying in my bed I think. 😉  My legs were a bit tired, but ok.

Warm Up: 30:5, x3

Sprints 10m
Power Squats
Log Jumps
Butt Kicks
High Knees
Mummy Kicks

Circuit 1, 30:5, x3
Sprints 10m
Jumping Jacks
Level 1 Drills
Ski Abs

Circuit 2, 30:5, x3
Sprints 10m
Hook & Jump Rope
Globe Jumps
Moving Push Ups

Circuit 3, 30:5, x3
Sprints 10m
Football Wide Stance
Tricep V Push Ups
Mountain Climbers

Second Set: 2 x 8 reps, x5
8 Beat Your Boots
8 Push Ups

Circuits: 45 minutes, 400 calories.
Ave HR: 135 (71%), Max HR: 157 (82%), Garmin Training Effect: 2.7
