After a good rest over the weekend:
- Friday: Rest day
- Saturday: 12 mile walk
- Sunday: Took my niece swimming and taught swimming for 4 hours.
- Monday morning: Lie in, swim later.
I’m planning on the following training this week:
Monday PM: 2500m swim: Swim Session 9.
Tuesday AM: 6-8 mile run.
Tuesday PM: 2500m swim: Swim Session 10.
Wednesday AM: Circuits with Gill.
Wednesday PM: Run?
Thursday AM: 5 mile easy run.
Thursday PM: Rest
Saturday: 20-24 miles, Glasgow to Drymen?
Sunday: Teach swimming / Rest.
I’ll need to see if I can get a route sorted for Tuesday morning and perhaps Wednesday night. 😀
