Thursday I did the usual easy 5 mile run in the morning as you know, then I walked (the km) to work.
I’d had porridge for breakfast at about 8am, then by about half 9 I was starving again. I ate a bagel, then by half 11, again I was famished.
All day this went on for… and at 5pm after plenty of snacks I gave in and got a sausage supper from the chippy.
Then again by about 8pm I was starving. lol.
I’m not even doing too many miles, maybe it’s the swimming (Tues and wed night) that’s used up all my energy. 🙂
And then … at 930 am an hour and a half since I had my breakfast, and was hungry again… I think I may have worms! :-O
