Tuesday night was double spinfit. Our usual instructor Helen who has been off injured with torn ligaments in her foot (7 weeks ago) turned up to say hi. We’re really missing her, she’s a great instructor. It was nice to catch up with her even though she had a big cast on her lower leg. Who knows when she’ll be back fighting fit.
Tonight we had second best option, Catherine. She really knows her stuff and does a great track where she gets you upright on your pedals, balancing with no hands…. it’s really tough, but I’m getting to grips with it and getting better each time we do it.
She does cut the class short slightly, 40 minutes instead of 45, but I’m pretty glad of that by the time I’ve worked hard for 30-35 minutes.
