Here’s how to set up a 60 minute speed workout on your Garmin 405. (5 min warm up, 10 reps, 3 mins work, 2 mins recovery, 5 mins cool down)
Menu > Training > Workouts > Interval > Type: Time > Duration: 3:00 > Rest Type: Time > Rest Duration: 2 mins > Reps: 10 > Warm up: Yes > Cooldown: Yes > Do Workout
You press the bottom right button once you’ve done your (5 minute) warm up. Then your speed intervals will start.
