I’m planning 18 miles tonight… a bit longer than you should maybe run a long training run for when training for a half, but I’m hoping to do the 10k as a warm up, then the half marathon – so 6.2 plus 13.1 miles = 19.3 miles (plus getting from Glasgow Green to George Square).
Here’s the route:
6 miles easy
6 miles steady
6 miles fast(er)
I plan to cover some of the 10k route, then most of the half route. I’ll let you know how it goes.
