Day 15 of Insanity – a quarter of the way through it. I am noticing a slight difference in how I feel. Insanity is becoming a little easier, but I’m not sure if it’s because I’m getting to know what’s coming next in the workouts, or if I’m becoming better/fitter.
Saturday morning we did Pure Cardio, then Cardio Abs. Although Pure Cardio was hard, 10 minutes of warm up, then 15 x 1 mins exercise drills, it was good. And Cardio Abs was just as tough as last time. It’s good how you don’t do sit ups or crunches, instead you are relying on your abs keeping you up or making you move or jump.
Insanity Day 15: Pure Cardio, 40 minutes, 370 calories.

Cardio Abs: 20 mins, 170 calories.
Ave HR: 101 (53%) Max HR: 144 (75%)
