Cruise Intervals Bike workout (30 – 45 mins)

I think I’ll do this bike workout when I go to the gym tonight before my second Insanity fitness test:

Indoor Bike: Cruise Intervals
Level 8
Warm up: 5 mins
4 x 4” @ 100rpm (1” RI @80rpm) = 20 mins
Cool down: 5 mins

I might repeat the intervals depending on how much time I have…between a 30 and 45 minute workout. 🙂

(45 mins = 7 x 4” @ 100rpm (1” RI @80rpm) = 35 mins)
