Here is the bike workout I’m going to do tomorrow morning:
Tabata Intervals Bike Workout
Level 8-10, 45 minutes
5 min warm up, 80-90rpm
4 x (8 x 30 secs @ +100rpm, 15 secs @80rpm then 1 min rest.)
1 x (8 x 30 secs @ +100rpm, 15 secs @80rpm then 1 min as fast as possible.)
5 min cool down, 80rpm.
A bit of an attempt at a tabata workout on the bike. 😀 I’ll let you know how I get on.
