Run, Insanity Day 2, Bike workout

Tonight I’m planning the following:

Run: 20 minutes treadmill
Insanity Day 2: Plyometrics Cardio
Bike: 45 minutes, Speed Acceleration workout

Run: I’m going to take it easy on my run, on the treadmill, perhaps run at between 7.1-7.5mph.  Nice and steady and see how my leg feels. 

It’s seemed ok up to now, and I’m thinking perhaps I’m being too cautious, but the change of direction (Away from so much running) has been pleasant, so I’ll keep it like this for at least another 10 days.  That’ll be 4 weeks sort of rest from running. 

After the run, I’ll go on to do the Insanity Day 2 workout: Plyometrics Cardio

It looks tough and I’m looking forward to it.

Then on the bike, the Speed Acceleration workout will be like this:

Level 8, 45 mins
Warm up 5 mins
14 x 30 secs @+110rpm, 2 mins @+90rpm
Cool down 5 mins
