The start of the Insanity

On Saturday I’m gonig to do a trial of the Insanity Fitness test.

It entails a warm up then 8 exercises for a set period to see how many repetitions you can do.  The exercises are:

  1. Switch backs
  2. Power Jacks
  3. Power Knees
  4. Power Jumps
  5. Globe Jumps
  6. Suicide Jumps
  7. Push Up Jacks
  8. Low Plank Oblique

You get the idea. 

I’ll do about an hour of cardio, then try the fitness test at Bellahouston on Saturday morning.  Wish me luck!!  I’ll let you know how I get on.  Then on Monday I’ll do the test again once I’ve practiced it.
